On Friday, Feb. 28, five former West Morris Central High School standouts, including Alex DeSimone, Christian Weippert, Cody Batsides, Cody Batsides and John Rolli’s current college team, the Fairleigh Dickinson Devils, lost 18-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the New Paltz Hawks.

The game took place at Vincent J. and Lenda F. Naimoli Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Devils’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 6 p.m. at Raymond J. Bartoszek Field against Merchant Marine Mariners.
