On Friday, Feb. 21, former Mountain Lakes High School standout Devin Russell’s current college team, the Maryland Terrapins, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Terrapins’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium against Western Carolina Catamounts.
