On Saturday, March 1, former Morris Catholic High School standout Jess Brown’s current college team, the Sacred Heart Pioneers, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Elon Phoenix.

The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their first matchup against the Phoenix this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1:30 p.m. at UNCG Softball Stadium against UNC Greensboro Spartans.
