Morris County residents commuting to New York City have multiple mass transit options available to bypass the newly enforced Congestion Relief Zone Toll. The toll, effective from January 5, applies to vehicles entering Manhattan’s Central Business District, defined as streets below and including 60th Street. Charges are processed via E-ZPass or by mail.

Available mass transit solutions include train services, bus services, carpool and rideshare options, and Hudson River crossings. Additionally, a business relocation incentive is offered alongside congestion pricing information and discounts.

For further details on the New York State Congestion Relief Zone Toll, individuals can visit the NYC Congestion Pricing Portal.
