Morris County Library NJ issued the following announcement.
Four teenagers with yearly passes to the famous amusement park in their town run into a small problem. The one girl is losing her yearly pass and will not be able to attend much longer. How do we fix this problem? Figure out a way to get their hands on lifetime passes for the entire friend group. The plan may not be morally correct, but the teenagers put that plan into action. Will the plan work out? What effects will this plan have on the lives of all involved?
A very quick, very colorful and very interesting graphic novel. Lifetime Passes is a morally corrupt story about four teenagers thinking only about themselves and not the lives of others. That being said, this story is not completely bad as you come to find out. The teenagers learn more about the history of the park in addition to the people that they bring along. The stories that come up, and the topics covered, help the teenagers learn more about themselves and how they should be treated. This is not my favorite graphic novel, for I find the content morally corrupt, but there is a lesson to be learned in the end. This graphic novel isn’t for everyone but few may enjoy it and learn from the mistakes of others.
