On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Mountain Lakes High School standout Devin Russell’s current college team, the Maryland Terrapins, lost 11-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Terrapins’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m. at David F. Couch Ballpark against Princeton Tigers.
